Mount Lawu peak full of food

Mount Lawu is on the border of Central Java and East Java, the highest mountain peak named Summit Argo Lawu Dumilah ketingggian is at 3265 m above sea level. There are two old crater near the summit of Mount Lawu, Crater Lake and Crater Lake Yellow Lembung Selayur. Status of this mountain is a mountain of fire "resting" and has long been inactive, visible from the dense vegetation and eroded its peak. On the slopes there is a small crater that still produce water vapor (fumaroles) and sulfur (solfatara).
Mount Lawu has three peaks, Peak Argo Dalem, Argo Dumiling and Argo Dumilah. As I mentioned earlier last peak was the highest among the other peaks.
On the slopes there are a number of places are popular as tourist destinations, especially in the area Tawangmangu, Cemorosewu, and Sarangan. A bit down, on the west side there are two complex enshrinement of the end of Majapahit: Sukuh Temple and Temple Cetho.
Lawu very popular mountain for climbing activities. Every night 1 "Suro" a lot of people make pilgrimages to climb to the summit. Because of the popularity, at the top of the mountain can be found even the food trade, and this is the most bizarre among other mountain in eastern Java, because only in this mountain which has a food seller at the top, very awesome, so do not be surprised if the price of food who was at the top is more even than the usual price.
Climbing the standard can be started from two places (base camp): Cemorokandang in Tawangmangu, Central Java, and Cemorosewu, in Sarangan, East Java. Both separate entrance is only 200 m.

LANE “Cemoro Sewu”
Ascent of Cemorosewu through two springs: Spring (Pool) Panguripan located between Cemorosewu and Post 1 and Spring Drajat between Post 4 and Post 5 or Postal Jolotundo existing wells near the wells Jolotundo sacred wells.

Climbing through cemorosewu will pass 5 posts. Path through Cemorosewu more nge-track. But if we pass this point we will reach the top faster than via the Cemorokandang. Climbing through Cemorosewu went rather well ordered. The road made of rocks that have been arranged.

In the near post 4 of this we can see the lake from kejahuan Sarangan. Line from post 4 to post 5 is comfortable, not like nge-track path to the post 4. In pos2 there watu watu gedhe which we called the iris (because as in the iris).
Near the entrance there Cemorosewu a building like a mosque which was the grave.for  climb through Cemorosewu (for beginners) do not climb in the afternoon due to heavy terrain for beginners. From Post 5 can go directly to the Peak argodumilah, argo Puruso Peak, or Peak argo Tulling. Can also directly berjiarah to the ancient tomb in Argo Dalem, or Dieng Market / Market Satan. At the highest peak is the monument with the inscription, inscriptions ditulisin first letter of ancient Javanese
